You will need:
- 2 1/4 cups of all purpose flour.
- 1 tsp. of baking soda.
- 1 tsp. of salt.
- 1 cup (2 sticks) of softened butter or margarine.
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar.
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar.
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract.
- 2 large eggs.
- 2 cups of chocolate chips.
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 *F.
- Combine four, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.
- Beat butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixer bowl until creamy and then add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.
- Gradually beat in the flour mixture.
- Drop in and stir the chocolate chips in.
- Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes or until they are all a golden brown.
- Let them cool for about 20 minutes before serving.
- Eat.

I love making chocolate chip cookies because my grandmother used to make them a lot when I was little. There is no challenge in making these yummy, sweet, and delicious treats. They are my favorite original and simple dessert to make.
